Luxury Wine Fridge Brands From Around Europe

Dual zone wine coolers (or 2 zone wine fridges) have 2 temperature zones ideal for storing red and white wines in the same place. Our collection of dual wine fridges are manufactured by some of Europes biggest and best wine cooler manufacturers and most are built in or freestanding wine coolers. Dual temperature wine fridges are very popular because they allow you to closely set your appliance temperature to two temperatures for ageing and serving your wines in separate compartments of the appliance.

These 2 zone wine fridges come in various styles while some are designed to be built into cabinetry (ideal to install as an under counter wine fridge into kitchen cabinets) others are suited to freestanding use (perfect for a utility room).

About Dual Zone Wine Fridges & Coolers

Dual temperature wine coolers offer a range of capacities of from 18 bottles to over 200 bottles providing ample space for large wine collections, catering for all your serving or ageing requirements.

Some two zone wine fridges are fitted with sliding rails so shelves pull out effortlessly. Along with sliding rails, taller models are usually fitted with locks and some also have different light modes so your wines are presented on display beautifully. Most models are also available in black or stainless steel.

Installation of a Dual Zone Wine Coolers

Once the dual zone wine fridge is delivered it's recommended to follow the manufacturers instructions for installation.

The majority of dual sided wine fridges can be used as built in wine coolers or freestanding units and are fitted with grills at the bottom / front to allow air to ventilate the wine fridges system.

The front ventilation means that a built in wine cooler can be built into cabinetry and only usually requires approximately 1-2cm gap on the hinge side of the door for the door to swing open.

Is a Dual Zone Wine Refrigerator Right For Me?

To understand if a dual compartment or split wine refrigerator is right for you, there are several factors you will need to consider.

The Size of Your Wine Collection

You will need to think about the size of your wine collection, what kinds of features you require and how much disposable space you have to work with.

If you are someone who simply likes to keep 10-20 of your favourite bottles to hand or you are just starting out in the world of wine collecting, a single temperature zone wine cooler may be a great choice for you.

On the other hand, if you are looking for a wine cooler with multiple cooling zones (more than 2, split into separate compartments) you may need to consider a wine cooler with two separate temperature zones.

The main advantage of a dual climate wine fridges with 2 different temperature zones is the ability to store (age) and serve wine at the perfect, chilled temperature all in the same appliance.

    Storing Red & White Wine

The ability to store red and white wines at the ideal temperature all year round means you'll always have the perfect excuse to open one of your favourite bottles - no matter the occasion!

Luckily, dual temperature wine fridges are available in a range of sizes.

They can be used in both a residential and commercial setting, providing a fridge for offering guests drinks while entertaining, whether you're the host of a party or running a bar.

If you need a larger sized fridge with a big bottle capacity, then you'll be best choosing from either our large wine fridges or tall wine fridges.
